Test different sized ear tips and keep the one that provides a good seal in your ear. Gently rotate or move the device to find the most comfortable insertion angle.

2. Find the right volume level & listening mode
Once your ION hearing aids are securely in place, it's time to adjust the volume.
Start at the lowest level and gradually increase until the sound is comfortable for you.
The CLARIA ION offers several volume levels, indicated by a quick double beep with each increase, making it easy to find the ideal setting for your needs.
To change modes, press and hold the button for 3 seconds until you hear a beep. Scroll through modes optimized for different environments: conversations, noisy places, or outdoor activities.
The different modes are:
Mode 1: Conversation - 1 beep
Mode 2: Noisy environment - 2 beeps
Mode 3: Road/Vehicle - 3 beeps
Mode 4: Outdoor - 4 beeps
3. Insert your hearing aids carefully to avoid whistling and feedback
